Middle school students enjoyed their day with fun activities, started out with an assembly for students raising $1000.00 in penny war. Mr. Coulter, gave up his mustache, Mr. Baldermann and Mr. Williams got their heads shaved and Mr. Burkhardt agreed to get his hair dyed pink. Then each grade had gym time, computer time and some crafts. We finished out the day with cookies and hot cocoa. One more day until Christmas break.
Please note that our Winter Break is December 21 - January 2. Our first day back is January 3, 2023.
1-2-3-4 I declare a penny war... We are off to a great start. 7th grade took a commanding lead on the first day. 5th grade and 6th grade remained positive, but the 8th grade were given lots of silver coins to put them into the negative count. We will continue our penny war until Friday. All monies raised will be used to assist families in need in middle school with holidays. A
Also, our holiday shop will continue until Thursday.
Candy Grams will be sold next week, December 12-16, $.50 each sold during lunch and delivered 6th hour.
