Attention Fall High School Athletes and Parents! We apologize for the issues we are having with the Athletic Registration process! If you are having difficulty getting through Athletic Registration, I am in the Media Center today until 3:00. I can reset your ParentVue password if needed. We are finding that you must complete the “Current Student Update” in order to complete the Athletic Registration (the system recognizes that you must be a registered student at LakeVille before you can be an athlete). If you have done the Current Student Update, you may have to wait until our personnel has accepted the registration. Please email me your athlete’s physical (cnevadomski@lakevilleschools.org) and we will update everyone on what to do as it becomes made aware to us. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but please know that as long as we have physicals, we are allowing students to practice tonight. It is through no fault of their own that this happened. Do not turn physicals in to your coach. If you have not had your physical at all, you will not be allowed to practice. Thank you for your patience and understanding with this new process!

📢ATTENTION📢
Families need to verify enrollment, update contact information, and complete all other required forms for the upcoming school year digitally through ParentVue. There is no longer traditional “packet pick-up” as we are a digital district. This is needed annually.
Parents of returning students simply need to log into their ParentVue accounts to read and sign the various forms. Medical, transportation and contact information should also be updated through ParentVue. Please complete all of the back to school forms and updates in ParentVUE.
To access ParentVue:
Go to https://www.lakevilleschools.org/
1. Click on the Menu drop down for Parent/Student links
2. Follow the prompts
*You will update your student’s information through your existing ParentVue account
OR if you have NEVER had a ParentVue account:
1. You will need to contact the building office to obtain your activation key code.
2. Once you have your activation key code, you will need to:
login to ParentVUE click "I am a Parent" Button
click on "More Options" tab underneath the login
click the link “Activate Account” and follow the instructions

Attention Middle School and High School Athletes! A reminder that Athletic Registration MUST be complete by August 12th or you cannot participate in practice. We do have a new athletic registration process this year that is done through your ParentVue, just like your yearly Back-to-School, Current Student Update. Please complete the online Athletic Registration through ParentVue. Physicals must be dated AFTER April 15, 2024 in order to be valid for this school year. Take a picture of both sides of your current physical and upload when prompted. If you have already completed this process and it only took one side of your physical, please bring the physical to the school. You may also select to bring the copy to the school rather than upload it.
